Full-Time Supervisor

to join our friendly and dedicated team! We're a neighborhood bakery known for our fresh pastries, artisanal breads, and signature coffee--served with a warm smile every day.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Supervise and support bakery staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Assist in training new team members to deliver top-notch customer service. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Customer Service

Greet guests with genuine hospitality and handle any customer inquiries or concerns promptly. Ensure consistent, friendly service that makes everyone feel at home.

Coffee & Food Preparation

Oversee coffee-making procedures, maintaining high-quality standards in espresso-based and specialty drinks. Assist with menu planning and bakery displays to keep offerings fresh and appealing. Implement food safety guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and organisation at all times.

Operational Support

Manage inventory levels for coffee, bakery items, and other supplies. Coordinate scheduling and delegate tasks to ensure the team functions efficiently. Uphold brand standards and maintain store presentation.

Qualifications

Experience:

Prior experience in a supervisory role within the coffee, food, or hospitality industry.

Passion:

A love for great coffee, delicious baked goods, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.

Attitude:

Pay: 13.00-13.40 per hour
