Fuel Juice Bars in Eastegate shopping centre, Inverness are looking for people to join the team!

We are a leading national chain of juice bars serving freshly pressed juices and fresh, natural and low- fat smoothies.

We're currently recruiting for 1 full time Supervisors ( 5 out of 7 days)

What we're looking for:

- Experience in working in a fast paced environment managing a small team as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Key holder. 1 year experience desired.

- A winning smile and passion for customers. As well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team to give their best.

- Passionate about delivering excellent service and coaching a team to deliver high standards.

- An eye for detail

The Fuel Supervisor Job Role (key tasks and responsibilities):

- Food Safety knowledge desirable

- Basic numeracy and IT skills are needed.

- Support the Store Manager to maintain labour spend, margin and unit costs within budget limits.

- Support the Manager to deliver results and push KPI's.

- Maintain cash and stock compliance in store. Completing all relevant daily/weekly paperwork.

- Ensuring legal compliance in HR, H&S, Fire Safety and Food safety standards in store.

- Maintain effective, consistent and fair practices and communication with all members of store team.

- Daily and Weekly ordering to ensure no out of stocks and to control wastage by ordering to store par levels.
