Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies. Conduct employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team skills and productivity. Manage scheduling and shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Handle payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy. Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the team. Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing decisions to optimize stock availability. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize retail math for pricing strategies and sales management to maximize profitability. Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication and organizational skills.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills:

Proven experience in supervising or managing teams within a retail environment. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others positively. Experience with inventory control, merchandising, and retail sales techniques. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong administrative experience coupled with leadership capabilities in training & development initiatives.
