Tigers Indoor Play has two very large children's soft play centres based in Daventry & Kettering. We provide our customers with a huge kids play frame, 4 lane astro slide, go-karts, birthday party rooms and much more. We offer a full menu and beverages served from both of our 5 star food hygiene rated cafes.
Job parameters;
We are currently recruiting in Kettering for a SUPERVISOR to work in our retail and hospitality industry focused business, to assist in developing and supporting our team members, in this fast pace and often very busy hospitality environment. The candidate MUST have previous experience in hospitality and/or retail.
This position would involve the occasional shift at our sister site in Daventry, so having your own transport is essential.
The successful candidate will receive on site and on the job training, to enable them to maximise their skill sets in this very interesting and diverse role. You will play a vital part in motivating and coaching the team to provide our customers with a memorable experience.

We are looking for an experienced individual with a proven successful team leader background in hospitality and retail.
This position would involve
working all weekends
(except pre-booked holidays), and some weekday shifts. You would also need to be available to work school holidays, Bank holidays and cover for other staff holidays.

Key Job Roles:
Greeting and serving customers throughout the business
Working reception and cafe with tills, which include handling cash and taking card payments
Taking orders, serving food and drinks from the cafe counter to the Customers table
Working
When you have completed the appropriate training, operating and supervising the Go-Karts and Drop Slide.
After the appropriate training, be able to host all aspects of children's parties which can include setting up the party room(s), serving food and drink at the party table, ensuring birthday cake is delivered in a timely manner. Cleaning down the party room once complete
After the appropriate training, occasionally working as a Kitchen assistant in the kitchen area, for the preparation of food from our menu
Daily cleaning tasks throughout your shift, clearing/cleaning down tables, chairs, hoovering and tidying all areas and particularly at close of play for a full shut down
Check and clean toilets periodically, replenish any items as required, general cleaning as necessary
Working occasional evening shifts to assist with the supervision of private hire parties
