We are currently looking to recruit a Motor Recoveries Supervisor to join our growing Recoveries team in either Liverpool or Manchester.

As a Supervisor in Motor Recoveries, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the team. You'll oversee a team of fee earners handling recovery claims, support performance targets, and ensure high standards of service delivery to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their legal operations or motor claims career with a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and support a team of recoveries fee earners. Manage workload allocation and ensure deadlines and service levels are met. Monitor and report on performance, KPIs, and quality standards. Assist with training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Act as a point of contact for technical queries and complex case escalations. Contribute to process improvements and client relationship management.

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Experience in motor recoveries, insurance litigation, or debt recovery, ideally in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Strong knowledge of credit hire, liability, and recoveries processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to lead by example and support others in achieving targets. Client-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
