We are currently seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our Motor Damage team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced legal professional or team leader with a strong background in motor claims, looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and forward-thinking firm


Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of fee earners handling a caseload of motor damage claims (credit hire, vehicle damage, etc.) Monitor performance, conduct file reviews, and provide ongoing support and training Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards Manage complex or high-value claims as needed, providing strategic input and technical oversight Liaise with insurers, clients, and third-party representatives to ensure efficient resolution of matters Drive operational improvements and support business initiatives


What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential

Proven experience in motor damage claims handling (credit hire/loss recovery experience is highly desirable) Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a legal or claims environment Strong knowledge of litigation processes and CPR rules Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills A commitment to team development, quality, and client service Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office
