Electrical Supervisor

Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Maintenance Supervisor or Supervisor

We're recruiting for a qualified and experienced Building Services Supervisor to supervise one of our most prestigious contracts located in SE1.

The position requires excellent management and coordination skills, ensuring exceptional engineering maintenance works from the team. Paramount tasks will involve timely completion of all assignments, upholding the utmost high quality standards, and adhering to allocated budgets.

Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, split shift from 7:00am -16:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm.*

General Duties include (not limited to)

:

Establish and maintain and liaise with clients ensuring requirements are understood and met. Supervise all staff, both directly employed and subcontract to ensure all works are being carried out to the expected high standard. Raise orders and quotes for services delivered by contractors. Monitor contract day-to-day performance, escalating any problems as appropriate. Call out 1 in 4.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

:

Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical, equivalent or higher in Electrical discipline -Essential.*
Experience of Facilities maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment and plant (generators, switchgear, controls, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable). Knowledge of and experience in BMS/ Generator/Controls/Lighting Systems/ACOPS. Supervisory experience - Essential.*
L8 - desirable.*
HV Certificate - desirable.*
