Supervisor

to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in daily operations -- leading shifts, supporting team members, and ensuring we consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts Support and coach team members to uphold service standards and product quality Handle customer interactions and resolve any issues with professionalism and care Ensure smooth coordination between counter service, barista, and kitchen teams Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming shop environment Oversee opening/closing procedures Communicate effectively with management about shift performance and staffing needs Help train new staff and support ongoing development of the team

Minimum Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality or food service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment A hands-on and solutions-oriented attitude Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings Commitment to minimum 25 hours worked per week
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
