THE ROLE
As the Supervisor at Cafe Linea, you will be instrumental in delivering a seamless guest experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of our high-standard all-day dining restaurant. With a focus on guest relations, service excellence, and team support, you will act as a role model for the staff while ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the premium standards of Cafe Linea.
As the Supervisor at Cafe Linea, you will be responsible for:
Guest Relations
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure exceptional experiences.
Respond promptly to feedback, resolving concerns with professionalism and turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with regular guests, creating a welcoming and familiar environment.
Support with guests enquires, ensuring all interactions are warm, attentive, and professional.
Team Support and Leadership
Lead by example on the floor, providing hands-on support to service staff during busy shifts.
Deliver on-the-job training to ensure all team members are confident in delivering consistent service.
Motivate and inspire the team, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
Assist in managing shift schedules and ensuring adequate staff coverage at all times.
Service Excellence
Uphold and enforce service steps to ensure a smooth and cohesive guest journey.
Monitor service flow and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency.
Act as a resource for the team, addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Operational Oversight and Continuous Improvement
Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of all areas.
Gather and analyse guest and team feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Assist with private events, ensuring all details align with Cafe Linea's standards.
Ensure all health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing standards are upheld at all times
