Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a supervisor within Social Housing / Property Services to provide supervision of works carried out on residential properties and voids, and ensuring operatives comply with health and safety.
Day-to-day supervision of the contract dealing with residents, customers and ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively
Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
Liaising with the residents and customers and dealing with any queries or issues which may arise.
Requirements:.
Repairs and maintenance Industry
Previous supervisory experience on a maintenance site
Salary: 45,000
Van & Fuel card provided
22 days paid holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
