This role involves overseeing daily operations in the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, and maintaining an exceptional level of service.

Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient operation of food production processes. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations. Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, food preparation, and customer service skills. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience

in a supervisory role within the hospitality or culinary industry is essential.

Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development. Background in bartending or beverage service is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
