We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our team in a dynamic pub and kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence, ensuring that our food safety standards are met while providing exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on approach to supervising staff, managing operations, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Lead and motivate the team, including cooks and bartenders, to achieve operational goals.
Train new employees on drinks and food offering Including company police's and practices, within the venue.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with managers as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food preparation and service.
Collaborate with management to provide remarkable customer experience and efficiency of service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
Regularly share feedback of team members to encourage growth and development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the kitchen or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff and customers effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in bartending or managing bar operations.
