Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant or bar settings. This role is pivotal in ensuring that operations run smoothly, staff are motivated, and customers receive exceptional service. The Supervisor will oversee daily activities, manage team performance, and uphold food safety standards.

Duties

Lead and manage a team of staff members to ensure efficient operations. Oversee food preparation and production processes to maintain high-quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices. Train new employees in culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and coordinate food service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hotel industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
