Supervisor

to join our vibrant team in one of our London retail food stores.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor at LEON, your role centres on leading the team and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities typically include:

Team Leadership & Engagement Inspire and motivate the team to deliver excellent service, maintain morale, and foster a collaborative environment

Operational Excellence Oversee food preparation, store cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards. Ensure the restaurant runs efficiently during peak and off-peak hours

Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives a warm welcome and leaves satisfied. Handle queries and complaints professionally and promptly

Sales & Profitability Promote sales through upselling and team encouragement. Monitor performance metrics and contribute to profitability goals

Training & Development Support onboarding and training of new team members. Help develop LEON Family Members into future leaders
