Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Supervisor to join our Team at Triple Two! The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently.

Responsibilities

:

Supervise and coordinate staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
Ensure all operational procedures are followed and that quality standards are met.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from staff or customers in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
Open and close the facility, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
Enforce company policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
*Barista experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:

Primarily weekend work with the possibility of occasional weekday hours.
