Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shift Times: Between 6:00am and 7:00pm

Salary: 15.42 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at our London site (E14 5JP). This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across shifts between 6:00am and 7:00pm.



This role is ideal for someone who has previous barista experience and is confident in taking on leadership responsibilities while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving coffee and beverages Operating the till and assisting customers Supporting the restaurant team during quieter periods at the coffee bar Opening and closing the coffee bar (once trained) Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations Completing paperwork, including HACCP documentation Overseeing till operations and ensuring product updates are accurate Following PPDS (Prepacked for Direct Sale) requirements

What We're Looking For:

Barista training and previous supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a team Flexibility with shift timings between 6am-7pm
