Supervisor
who's ready to help lead our dream team at
Westfield White City
in London.
Yes, you can wear pyjamas to work. But this role is so much more than that - you will play a key role in supporting the Management team, ensuring the store runs smoothly and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This role can be part-time or full-time, offering between 32-40 hours per week depending on the candidate's preference. It requires flexibility to work weekends, late-night trading hours, and some bank holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Management team to achieve sales targets and drive store performance
Assist in the development and training of the store team to increase productivity
Promote a safe working environment for both the team and customers
Maintain stock accuracy and implement processes to minimise stock loss
Implement visual merchandising strategies and manage promotional changes
Ensure store standards are upheld, including housekeeping and recovery
Contribute to the management of the store rota to ensure optimal coverage
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in retail
A passion for team development, with a hands-on approach to coaching and support
Strong sales focus with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork
Experience in visual merchandising and stock management
A customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects the Peter Alexander brand
