To be the heartbeat of our very first experiential concept store. At Astrid & Miyu, we're creating a store that reinvents itself. A space that's playful, bold, and full of surprises. We're looking for a Supervisor who can be a true brand ambassador, leading by example, with warmth and intention. You'll bring the magic: hosting unforgettable events, curating joyful experiences, and making every customer feel like part of the A&M story. This is more than a store; it's a stage for unforgettable experiences and storytelling.

- guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments. You'll create a space where every individual and customer feels genuinely seen, valued and cared for Partner with your Store Manager to

inspire and support your team

to truly flourish and grow in their roles, cultivating an

environment of open communication, collaboration

You'll work with our VM team to

lead the store's experiential vision

, ensuring strong results through creative visual merchandising and innovative campaigns that bring our brand story to life You will support in

driving local marketing initiatives

, collaborating with the marketing team to engage your community, amplify campaigns, and generate excitement around new collections You'll commit to

continuously optimising your social and environmental impact

from both large to small decisions, staying committed within your role to together growing a sustainable business You'll

build brand loyalty

by championing our CRM scheme, curating and hosting events, and creatively engaging with your local community in this exciting new concept store

Effectively manage stock

and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to ensure a risk free environment Be the

expert in product knowledge

to drive sales, being

This is a unique opportunity for a Supervisor who embraces change and innovation. Someone who is excited to lead the way in experiential retail, bring fresh ideas to life and push boundaries by reimagining and gamifying our in-store experience You have a genuine love for marketing activations, bringing ideas to life in ways that inspire your team, delight customers, and create memorable, meaningful experiences A strong brand ambassador and values champion, inspiring your team and customers through your energy, enthusiasm, and authenticity Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, encouraging creativity, confidence, and ownership in delivering memorable experiences Creative, curious, and proactive, always looking for innovative ways to engage customers, elevate the brand, and enhance in-store storytelling Organised and results-driven, capable of balancing experiential initiatives with operational excellence, including visual merchandising, stock readiness, and process efficiency Committed to sustainability and social responsibility, embedding these principles into events, activations, and everyday decisions

- you'll present a SWOT analysis for the store you're applying to and share this with your Area Manager in person

In-Store Experience Interview

- a chance for you to experience life as a Supervisor in an A&M store with our Head of Retail
