To be the heartbeat of our very first experiential concept store. At Astrid & Miyu, we're creating a store that reinvents itself. A space that's playful, bold, and full of surprises. We're looking for a Supervisor who can be a true brand ambassador, leading by example, with warmth and intention. You'll bring the magic: hosting unforgettable events, curating joyful experiences, and making every customer feel like part of the A&M story. lead the store's experiential vision

driving local marketing initiatives

What you'll need to thrive:

You have a genuine love for marketing activations, bringing ideas to life in ways that inspire your team, delight customers, and create memorable, meaningful experiences

Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, encouraging creativity, confidence, and ownership in delivering memorable experiences
