Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in the restaurant or kitchen, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Train, mentor, and support team members in their roles, fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the establishment. Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, providing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and overall performance.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or kitchen setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others succeed is crucial for this role.
