Responsibilities

Ensure that all culinary activities comply with food safety standards and regulations. Foster a positive working environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong culinary skills with experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Previous experience in kitchen operations or barista roles is advantageous. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with both staff and customers.
