Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic supervisor to join our friendly team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that both staff and customers have a positive experience.

Duties

Running the floor operations alongside the management team. Stock ordering. Motivating team members to work to the best of their ability. Keeping the floor tidy, guests happy and team productive. Good knowledge of food and beverage. Willingness to go the extra mile for our guests and being a team player. A passion to do a good job and take pride in their work and the role they play within the business.

Skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is essential.
- A willingness to help others and contribute positively to team dynamics is essential for success in this role.
