We're looking for a

confident and reliable Supervisor

to support the day-to-day running of the park and cafe, working closely with senior management and the wider team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, fun environment - ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supporting the Duty Manager and General Manager in daily operations Opening and closing the park (keyholder responsibilities) Supervising team members across the park, cafe, and reception Delivering excellent customer service and handling customer queries or complaints professionally Assisting with staff training and mentoring junior team members Supporting cash handling and till operations Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment Participating in kitchen duties - including basic food preparation and service when required Supporting stock checks and ordering Assisting with social media and marketing promotions

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in a hospitality or leisure setting Excellent communication and leadership skills Confident using phone, email, and social media platforms Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Strong timekeeping, reliability, and a "can-do" attitude Ability to work in a busy, high-energy environment with a flexible, hands-on approach A team player mentality with a willingness to learn and grow
