Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated, fashion-forward, and customer-focused

Store Supervisor

to join our team at Ministry of Design. In this role, you will support the Assistant Manager in the daily operations of the store, lead a team of sales associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that aligns with our brand values and visual standards. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and mentoring staff in a fast-paced menswear retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Experience & Sales

Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service, styling advice, and product knowledge. Ensure every customer receives a personalized and professional shopping experience. Drive sales through active floor leadership and effective team motivation. Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver high performance. Assist in scheduling and managing team coverage to meet business needs. Provide on-the-floor coaching, performance feedback, and support to staff. Act as the store leader in the absence of the Store Manager.

Store Operations

Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards. Ensure stock levels are well managed and replenished in a timely manner. Support with inventory management, stocktakes, and deliveries.

Loss Prevention & Compliance

Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Monitor and minimize stock loss and theft through vigilance and proper procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous retail experience, ideally in menswear or fashion. Prior supervisory or team leader experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for men's fashion and styling. Proven ability to drive sales and motivate a team. Well-organized with strong attention to detail. Flexible with availability, including weekends and holidays.
