Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with experience in bartending, food production, and kitchen operations. This is a leadership role that requires excellent team management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient operations - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Oversee food production and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards - Manage inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Assist with scheduling and payroll administration Experience: - Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is preferred - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Solid understanding of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
