DWF's are seeking an experienced and pro-active Supervisor to join their Motor Volume - Damage Only team.



The team represent a range of high-profile insurer clients, defending claims arising from Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs) where losses have been incurred. These include small claims and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Stage 3 cases.



The successful candidate will lead a team of paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring the effective handling and resolution of motor damage claims. This position offers an excellent opportunity for leadership and career advancement within a leading legal firm.



The role is hybrid and office attendance in Liverpool will be required 2-3 days per week.


Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide expert advice on motor damage claims. Perform administrative duties related to team management, including scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation.
What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential:

Tangible experience within RTA / Motor Damage ideally at Senior Paralegal or Supervisor level. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases. High attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
