Disco Bowl Newport is growing, and we're looking for a Supervisor to help lead our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy, fun entertainment venue and support the next stage of our journey.

Who We're Looking For:

18+ with the confidence to lead from the front Ideally some experience supervising or leading a small team Great with people and committed to delivering excellent customer service Organised, proactive, and reliable in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the team to deliver a fantastic customer experience Oversee daily operations across bar, reception, and lanes Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and running smoothly Help train and develop team members to reach their potential

What We Offer:
