With now 12 bowling centres, Disco Bowl intends to revolutionise the Family Entertainment sector over the next few year with some market leading refurbishments and new technology to be injected into our centres.

We've owned Discobowl Nuneaton since February 2019 and it has benefitted from a major refurbishment in the summer of 2020, with continued upgrades such as lighting effects etc - Discobowl Nuneaton features intelligent multicoloured lane lighting, shabby chic bar, DJ hosts, Namco arcade, a pizza menu and far improved drinks offers.

We are looking to strengthen our management team with the appointment of an Supervisor, our ethos from the board down is a hands on can do approach. If you like sitting in an office this company is not for you!

Our new appointment will be a key member of our team assisting with all aspects of the operation, marketing, upselling, recruitment, health and safety and customer service, and we aim to exceed our customers' expectations !

No 2 days will be the same, with so many aspects to our business, it'll be your job to ensure our customers have a great experience, and if things go wrong that you put them right ! Can you recruit and motivate a team of full and part time workers ? Can you spin plates to ensure every area of our business is working like clockwork ? Do you care enough to ensure that everything from the toilets, floor and to the tables are clean and tidy and that our centres are not only safe but to be proud of ? Can you drive sales and get every penny out of our guests ? Can you manage and control stock and costs ? Can you make a difference to our staff, customers and most importantly to our business and bottom line.

Experience in hospitality or leisure is preferred, and a personal licence is required. We also need to see experience of managing a team.
