Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day repairs and maintenance works
Manage operatives and subcontractors to deliver work safely and efficiently
Conduct inspections, ensure quality control, and monitor performance targets
Liaise with residents, clients, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly
Support scheduling, materials management, and H&S compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience supervising repairs or maintenance teams
Strong understanding of building maintenance and compliance standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full, clean driving licence
