Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Pyle. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading our team to maintain exceptional service quality aligned with our company's mission of water safety and environmental health.

Responsibilities

Supervise operations team to ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. Lead and manage the team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Coordinate with clients to meet their specific Legionella control requirements. Monitor operational processes for efficiency and continuous improvement. Ensure all activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of operations and compliance records. Support training initiatives for staff development. Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies that align with company goals.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Knowledge of Legionella control standards and regulations is preferred. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
25 days annual leave plus all Bank Holidays, moving to 30 days annual leave with long service

Full UK driving licence is essential for this role

Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role (at companies expense)
