Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and organisational goals.
Supervise daily store or departmental operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Manage staff schedules, organise training sessions, and oversee performance evaluations.
Maintain high standards of customer service through effective communication and phone etiquette.
Oversee merchandising activities to ensure visual standards are met and stock levels are optimised.
Implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock organisation, and coordinate with suppliers as necessary.
Handle administrative tasks including reporting, record keeping, and organisational duties.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, organisational skills, and professional behaviour.
Qualifications
Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within retail or sales environments.
Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management preferred.
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Administrative experience including record keeping and utilisation of organisational tools.
Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle customer queries confidently and courteously.
