SHIFT SUPERVISOR - JOIN OUR TEAM IN PINNER!

Key Responsibilities include:

Shift Leadership:

Open and close the store with care and consistency, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts. Oversee shift operations, keeping everything running like clockwork during busy periods.
Team Support & Motivation:

Supervise and guide the team, keeping morale high and standards even higher. Lead by example to create a fun, focused, and productive working environment.
Customer Experience:

Ensure every customer receives warm, friendly, and professional service. Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Operational Excellence:

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation across front and back of house. Monitor the flow of service to ensure timely food and drink delivery.
Training & Development:

Assist in onboarding and supporting new team members. Reinforce company standards and help staff perform at their best.
Stock & Cash Handling:

Assist with inventory checks and highlight stock needs to the management team. Support cash handling duties and assist with till reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Health & Safety:

Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.

What We're Looking For:

Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or retail setting. A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Calm and focused under pressure, especially during busy periods. Passionate about creating a great experience for customers and team members alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
