Supervisor Positions
Job Description
We have an opportunity for someone to work as a supervisor at Little Kingdom Roleplay Village in Armagh every SUNDAY. Reporting to the Manager, this person will be responsible for leading a team, taking control of a shift and ensuring an incredibly high standard of customer service. They will be able to interactive with the public whilst maintaining control of their team and be able to organise a busy day of events.
All candidates must be 18+ years of age.
The successful candidate can discuss with us what hours they are available.
Pay Rate is 12 per hour.
This is not a cash in hand job.
The Supervisors role will be to -
Leading and managing a team.
Ensuring excellent customer service.
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of customers.
Maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
Overseeing the daily operations within the centre.
Event coordination.
Sales processing and ensuring accuracy.
Supporting social media presence and engagement.
Dealing with customer queries/ complaints.
Essential criteria:
Some experience with a supervisor role is ideal
Candidate must be over 18 years of age.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
