Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, hard-working person to join and lead our Ground floor team. Ideally a background in retail would be an advantage as would some Supervisory/management experience.
5 days per week to include weekend days. 35hrs
Duties will include:
Ensuring the smooth running of our ground floor.
Leading a team of staff
Dealing with deliveries, checking off, pricing, merchandising
Reporting any shortages or overs.
Till work
Motivating the team ensuring a happy working environment.
Dealing with customer queries/complaints
Staffing issues should any arise.
Dealing with suppliers.

Driving Licence (preferred)
