Facilitates development processes; coordinates materials and component integration.
Creates and monitors development plans; communicates working activities/status to team, management, sales and operations.
Supervises and supports development staff; participates in training, development and performance management of team members.
What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
