We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our restaurant and kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food preparation and production, ensuring that all team members adhere to food safety regulations while delivering exceptional hospitality. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service and efficiency within our establishment.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring effective food preparation and production processes. Train and mentor team members in food safety practices, kitchen procedures, and customer service excellence. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations. Collaborate with management to develop menus that reflect seasonal offerings and customer preferences. Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience. Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members, providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food production processes, and kitchen operations. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals. Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 12.60-13.50 per hour
