We're now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supervisor to join our team and help lead the way in delivering memorable dining experiences. Job Summary: As Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the cafe, ensuring smooth operations, high standards of customer service, and a motivated, well-coordinated team. You'll work closely with the management team to ensure that every guest leaves happy and that the cafe runs efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth customer experience. Lead and support front-of-house staff during busy service times. Train, mentor, and motivate team members. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety. Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Assist with stock management, ordering, and inventory checks. Support management with scheduling and staff planning. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. A hands-on, positive attitude and a passion for customer service. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Barista or hospitality training is a bonus, but not essential.
