Job Description
We are looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor within property services to support the team, performance and line management, (operatives and sub-contractors), Client relationship management - site attendance, technical support to source and obtain materials, complaint handling and resolution, Technical QC review and sign off, travel would be required to cover - Guildford, Aldershot sites and Portsmouth now and again
Essential:
strong technical knowledge across all trades within construction,
an individual who has experience and worked "on the tools",
Experience across Repairs and maintenance, Disrepairs and Voids
Line management, leader of team/operatives
Salary: 45,000
Van & Fuel card provided
30 days paid holiday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 45,000.00 per year
