Wendy's is hiring an Supervisor Manager to join their team.

As a Supervising Manager of Wendy's, you will:

Focus specifically on staffing, training, and scheduling, all of which will help build and retain a 5-star team Identify talent and empower your team to grow by providing coaching & development Be the face of the restaurant to new hires, and crew members' This one's a no-brainer: you're key to increasing store sales and profit goals. Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the business, both Front of House and Back of House Ensuring compliance with all Company policies and procedures. Help in building a passionate, engaged team that provide a great guest experience and can support with future new site opening

What you bring to the table:

Experience leading people, even better if you did it in a food service environment. 1 year of management experience Flexibility to work 44-hour work weeks - must be available all-day parts and days of the week.

Responsibilities Include

Manage and supervise Team Members Support the General Manager to oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure all Company standards are adhered to Ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock take, EHO and Financial Audits Build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the business objectives Working in Back of House helping and training the team during peak times Comply with all legislative and Company Food Hygiene and Health & Safety requirements and help promote a positive safety culture throughout the business

You're willing and able to:

Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
