About the Role
As F&B Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering outstanding service, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring high standards are met across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the restaurant
Creating and serving cocktails and drinks
Serving food and beverages to guests
Preparing cocktail ingredients (purees, ferments, syrups, etc.)
Upholding licensing laws and health & safety standards
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the venue
Ensuring consistently excellent service throughout
What We're Looking For
Experience in both bar and front-of-house service
A strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
A proven track record in a similar role or fast-paced hospitality environment
A proactive, team-oriented approach and a desire to learn and grow
Passion for food, drink, and great guest experiences
An interest in progressing within a forward-thinking and growing hospitality group
