Leadership
Provide quality line-management to the team to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience
Enable a positive and inclusive environment
Lead daily team briefings to ensure colleagues are aware of all requirements and targets for the day ahead
Be proactive in sharing feedback and observations to the Manager so we consistently deliver exceptional customer and colleague experiences and turn these into practical suggestions to support continuous improvements
Retail Operations
Communicate service standards with confidence and consistency to deliver unique and memorable experiences for all our customers and ensure these standards are always met
Develop extensive product knowledge to train colleagues and enhance the customer experience
Support Manager achieving company strategy
Achieve KPIs as instructed by management
Recording health and safety and security issues as appropriate
Engaging with customers and their queries, dealing with them swiftly and professionally
Manage stock deliveries and ensure delivery notes are filed for processing
Ensure stock rotation and stock control processes are accurate and consistent to maximise sales at all times
Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to the highest standard
Ensure housekeeping is completed by the team on daily basis to maintain a clean and tidy environment for both customers, staff and visitors.
Assist in managing internet orders, enquires and returns
Create rota to ensure the Shop is open at required times, and appropriately staffed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 1 years' experience of supervising and developing teams with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting commercial, operational and quality targets
Understanding of processes and procedures relating to recruitment, employee relations, HR policy, and workforce planning
Effective communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Effective leadership skills and attributes
Proven initiative - ability to contribute ideas for better working
Ability to work on own and as part of a team
Attention to detail
Competent verbal and written communicator
Use of IT systems, word and excel

Pay: 13.00 per hour
