Job Purpose Summary:

Hamleys is looking for a pro-active Supervisor to efficiently assist in the smooth running of all aspects of the store/floor operations to achieve targeted sales, profitability and company objectives. To work with the Management team to inspire & lead a well motivated and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

To lead, motivate and develop your team to exceed sales and elevate KPIs/customer service standards through effective performance management To assist the Management team in implementing training plans and providing on the job coaching to develop the skills of the team To ensure the entire team are fully communicated to and there is quality information fed back to the appropriate people in an organised & structured way, To drive and develop exceptional customer service and instore experience To maintain the presentation/housekeeping of the store to the highest standards at all times To ensure adherence to all employee policies and procedures, including but not limited to stock control, H&S, security, VM, till operations etc To ensure clear lines of communication are established and understood throughout the store
