This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals, where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role fully involved in the day-to-day operation within the warehouse ensuring all work is complete and planned. What you will do:

To lead, guide, develop and motivate warehouse operatives in their day-to-day roles and to provide all basic training. Ensure correct prioritisation of workloads. Assign appropriate resources to facilitate the most cost effective and efficient operation. Compile and maintain all necessary records and reports, update daily KPI Board Monitor and review working practices to maximise performance and productivity. Ensure the security of stock and ensure stock management/planning in line with procedures. Ensure safe working practices are always followed in accordance with Health & Safety legislation and company policy.

Qualifications & Skills you must have:

Previous Warehouse experience is essential Experience of setting and achieving KPI's Experience of stock movement and cycle counts Strong Communication Skills

Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.

Qualifications and experience we prefer:

Previous experience in a supervisory role PC & Systems literate - good administrative skills
