Job Role

Are you a graduate engineer ready to transition from theory to impactful real-world projects? At Ringway Infrastructure Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing our projects from the design phase through to on-site construction. As a Structures Supervisor, you will actively oversee planning, enforce health and safety protocols, liaise with our client--Gloucestershire County Council--and manage everything from material orders to cost bookings. This role is an exciting opportunity to develop your project management skills and make a tangible impact on public infrastructure.





Duties

Organise and manage all aspects of construction works, ensuring projects progress smoothly from design to execution. Develop comprehensive project strategies tailored to meet both client expectations and regulatory standards. Champion and enforce stringent health and safety practices across all sites. Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Efficiently manage the procurement of materials and coordinate their timely delivery to the site. Accurately claim value for work completed and manage the booking of project costs under the maintenance term contract.


Person Specification

Degree in Civil Engineering, or a closely related field, with a strong foundational understanding of construction processes. Meticulous approach to project planning and a thorough commitment to upholding health and safety standards. Confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders, coupled with strong leadership skills. A proactive problem-solver with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with diverse teams. A graduate engineer eager to step into a supervisory role, embrace new challenges, and fast-track career growth through hands-on project management.

Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday
