This store is on the out skirts of Portsmouth, PO6 4FG, so please check your able to travel to the store.

We require someone to be available during the hours. 8.30am till 21.15pm.

As your be either opening the store at 8.30am or doing a closing shift which finish's at 21.15.

Starting hours 25, whilst training then full time.
We are seeking a motivated supervisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Help the manager with training and maintaining standards. Responsible for opening or closing the store. Prepare a variety of sandwiches, salads, and other menu items according to Subway formula's. Ensure all food is prepared fresh, presented attractively, and served promptly to customers Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed Serve customers efficiently and courteously, providing excellent customer service at all times Upsell additional menu items or promotions to maximise sales opportunities Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in food preparation or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable Strong time management skills to work efficiently during peak hours Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when serving customers Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
