Duties
Supervise and support the team during shifts
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times
Prepare food to Subway standards and maintain hygiene and safety
Open and close the store following company procedures
Handle cash, operate the till, and complete daily reports
Keep the store clean, organised, and well-stocked
Train and guide new team members
Ensure the store meets all health, safety, and brand standards
Assist with stock control and minimise food waste
Help create a positive, motivated team environment
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience in food preparation is advantageous.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining operational excellence.
