We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the retail industry, As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, while delivering exceptional service.
Duties
Deliver exceptional customer service Monitoring of theft To establish ways to improve sales To direct staff members to encourage sales Store merchandising Stock control Stocking up of the shop floor Processing delivery Store cleanliness Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Assist in training new employees Address any operational issues promptly to minimise disruption Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.31 per hour
