We're seeking a hands-on Supervisor / Team Leader to support daily front-of-house operations across restaurant, bar and breakfast. You'll lead shifts, brief and rota the team, uphold service standards, resolve guest queries, cash up, and complete basic H&S and hygiene checks.
About you: confident people leader, calm under pressure, strong communicator with an eye for detail; previous supervisory experience in hospitality essential. POS knowledge an advantage.
