You'll supervise our Cambridge store with enthusiasm and passion. You'll represent the TNF brand by being positive, approachable and willing to pitch in. You'll support our Retail Assistants and contribute to their development, whilst assisting managers with running the floor and keeping it looking its best. In return, you'll get fantastic discounts on The North Face and other outdoor brands, and career development in a management role.

This store is an official TNF partnership owned by Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports Ltd.

Who You Are:

Friendly and approachable, with an interest in The North Face brand or fashion and lifestyle trends Organised and able to work quickly and accurately even during busy periods Fluent in English - other languages are a bonus Experienced in a customer service role Able to support colleagues and delegate tasks as necessary Patient and willing to help with customer complaints Interested in developing your management skills
What You'll Do:

Supervise the shop floor on behalf of managers, ensuring stock levels are maintained and the store is kept clean and presentable Support junior colleagues with sales and personal development Lead the team to achieve sales targets Manage store operations and process payment transactions with care and accuracy Help customers and deal with issues in a professional manner On The Job training to keep up to date with brand developments and product technology
