Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Room Supervisor in our Waffle Room to join our team at Wafer Ltd. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations within our facility, contributing to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Role Responsibility

Over seeing the packing of dipped and Plain Waffle Cones ensuring that product is being packed to the correct spec and that all staff are adhering to health and safety rules for the area.

Key duties will include but not restricted to:

Staff Training - ensuring that everyone is fully trained on their respective roles



Hourly checks on machines and product

Dealing with day to day issues which arise

Work with other departments to ensure targets are met and there is a smooth run of raw material in and finished product out

Shift Schedule

06.00 - 17.00 Monday - Thursday 06.00 - 12.00 Friday

Essential Criteria

Basic Numeracy and Literacy

Honest, Good Time keeping, Hardworking, Good work Ethics

Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word and Excel

Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment

Desirable Criteria

Worked in FMCG sector.

Supervisor experience

Knowledge of Sage

Good People Skills
