Job Description

The Tower is seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Supervisor to join our team. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services, providing exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team of frontline staff.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of frontline staff, including bar staff, servers, and hosts/hostesses Ensure high levels of customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, reservations, and table management Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety in the front of house area Monitor and control labor costs, supplies, and inventory Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue Provide training and coaching to frontline staff to improve performance and customer service
Requirements:

1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety guidelines Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications:

Hospitality management qualification or equivalent Experience with staff management, training, and development Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
